My professional journey has not been a straight line. It has been shaped by curiosity about people and by the question of what moves us from within.
I initially studied International Law in Irkutsk and later continued my studies at Freie Universität Berlin. Over time, however, I became increasingly interested not only in social structures, but in the human being itself — emotions, relationships and the reasons why we sometimes find ourselves unable to move forward.
This led me to psychology.
In 2016, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin. I then gained professional experience as a psychologist and social pedagogue at the Internationaler Bund Berlin-Brandenburg and Familien für Kinder. From 2021 to 2023, I worked as a school social worker at Grundschule im Rosenthal (TJFBG).
In 2019, I completed my M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at Medical School Berlin.
My professional focus increasingly turned towards the subjects that touch people most deeply: love, relationships, sexuality, intimacy and personal transformation.
In 2021, I completed specialised training in Sex and Couples Therapy at IEK Berlin. In 2023, I obtained my professional licence as a Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy. This was followed by training as a Meditation Coach in 2024 and specialised training in Hypnotherapy at IEK Berlin in October 2025.
Today, I bring these experiences together in my work as a psychologist, psychotherapist, sex and couples therapist and hypnotherapist.
My own therapeutic approach, “Trigger Point,” also grew out of my years of professional experience — the search for the decisive point at which meaningful change can begin.
Since moving to Italy in 2026, I have increasingly been developing my work internationally and online.
I speak Russian, German and English and support people regardless of where they live.
Because behind every crisis there is a story. And every story can begin a new chapter.
